“Here in Dzaleka refugee camp young people are many, and they need to learn and to go through higher education but opportunities are not enough. So I can tell people out of the camps to support education in Malawi, especially in Dzaleka refugee camp in order to help these refugees to build great, positive values, to develop the potential that they have.” Through the #JC-HEM higher #education diploma programme in Dzaleka camp, Albert worked to improve himself. Together with other #refugees, he has managed to fund an intercultural centre called #SalamaAfrica which provides a space for refugees to express themselves creatively, so to get out of the frustration they might experience as young boys and girls confined in a camp.

Put your #MercyInMotion and support access to higher education in Dzaleka camp. For more information please click here.

The #JRS #MercyinMotion campaign aims to provide 240,000 refugee children and youth with access to education by the year 2020. The campaign was launched on 8 December 2015 with the Holy Year of Mercy. To know more please visit www.mercy-in-motion.org
