BIYSC is back: discover this life-changing program for future scientists! We are pleased to inform you that applications for the 2024 (8th) edition of the Barcelona International Youth Science Challenge (BIYSC) are now OPEN!

Barcelona International Youth Science Challenge (BIYSC) is a life-changing experience for talented high school students from all over the world with a genuine interest in Science and Technology.

This immersive program is designed for an international group of ~150 brilliant young High School students in 10th-12th grade (approx. aged 16-18) highly motivated for Science, Technology and Research.

A total of 17 International Research Centers and Scientific and Technological Institutions are involved in this 8th edition of the program, enabling the creation of 17 hands-on research projects. Participants will live a unique and advanced experience in a real research environment together with active scientists and researchers.

To date, the program has welcomed around 600 students from more than 70 countries, and the organizers are willing to welcome more brilliant students from all around! They request your collaboration to help them identify those talented and curious students in science and technology who have a genuine interest in scientific research, and eagerness and commitment to make the most of the program.
