12 Reflections on Paintings for Faith Formation – Painting #4 “Enlightened”, and Reflection #4 “The Enlightened”.

The Enlightened

He is the resurrected, the enlightened,

The wisdom of God.

Risen into new life, renewing everything into newness.

A new earth and heaven.

The whole creation is enkindled with the fire from His heart,

The fetters of darkness and death have broken.

Everything in unison sings the glory of God.

We are renewed and fully alive in Him

in unity with  whole of creation.

we too become  the enlightened and bear the wisdom of God.

“If anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation”.

“Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me”.
