With this video by Benedict Mayaki from Nigeria we open this series by Voces Esejota and Jesuits Global which was created to commemorate the 500th anniversary of the conversion of Saint Ignatius of Loyola: the Ignatian Year.

This is a short story that will bring you and your students closer to the life of this great man of the 16th century and show us that his life is not just a story of the past, but is relevant also today, for all those who want to follow in the footsteps of Jesus Christ and learn from the experience of God that changed the life of St. Ignatius and that has transformed and continues to transform those who live the Ignatian spirituality.
