This Unit includes 4 parts. Part 1: These activities include introducing maps with story books, types of maps, map projections, latitude and longitude. Part 2: Topographic maps, scale, area references, grid references and contours. Part 3: Contour mapping activity. Part 4: This lesson includes a climate graph template and an activity to promote interpretive skills.
