In analysing global events, it is important to recognize that opinions and viewpoints around an issue highly depend on the perspective from which you inspect the issue. In this lesson, using the constructions of large dams around the world as a case study, students will be given information from different stakeholders’ perspectives, and through discussion learn to consider the viewpoints of a wide range of stakeholders.
