Restez en bonne santé ! - Ressources pour l'âme

De nos jours, nous entendons souvent les autres et nous-mêmes dire « Restez en bonne santé » et c’est en effet un excellent conseil et un encouragement. Rester en bonne santé mentale et spirituelle est essentiel pour nous aider à traverser cette période difficile. Heureusement, il existe de nombreuses initiatives encourageantes et créatives, des articles, des vidéos, des réflexions et des prières de nos écoles, de notre famille ignatienne et au-delà qui peuvent nous aider à prendre soin de nos esprits, à garder les pieds sur terre et à prier et réfléchir pour nous remonter le moral.  Lire cette Histoire Globale

Saint Ignace Loyola était un survivant, il a survécu à une blessure grave, à une convalescence, à une vie de mendicité sur la route et à des temps de grande incertitude.
