St. Xavier’s School, Nevta organised the Second Annual Sports Day on November 18,2016. Dr. Ravi Prakash Meharda, IPS (Additional Director General of Police, Jaipur) graced the occasion as the chief guest. Various races, March Past and Theme based Display were some of the eye catching attractions.

School Principal, Rev. Father John Ravi, S.J. addressed the gathering and emphasized the importance of sports and games in the life of a student and thereafter emboldened the students.

The students exhibited their sportsmanship and team spirit zealously. The winners of various track-events were felicitated and appreciated by the chief guest. He emphasized that academics and co-curricular activities go hand in hand and help the students in their overall development.

Visit of Danish delegation from Copenhagen

As a part of the Student- exchange programme, our school had the privilege to welcome the students and teachers from Denmark. The programme began with the prayer song followed by folk songs and dance of Rajasthan. The guests were apprised about the culture, tradition and the lifestyle of Rajasthan.

The programme was concluded  with the presentation of souvenirs to the guests followed by dinner.
