We are very happy to announce that 8 more schools from around the world have been added to the list of schools who have been awarded the Red Chair Badge.

It is inspiring to see how our Global Network is continuously working together to raise awareness for the benefit of those most in need. The Red Chair Badge is an award that recognizes the activities and efforts made by all schools who have implemented the Global Red Chair Project!

Have you implemented the Global Red Chair Project but not yet shared your schools´ testimonials and photos of this experience? We invite you to share your photos and send us your testimonials to help motivate other schools to get involved.

If you have already implemented the Global Red Chair project in your school look for your badge in this list.Red Chair Badge

« Our pupils had the opportunity to think that going to school for some children is a dream, not a hassle, that the right for education unfortunately is not so out of the question and that we must be grateful for all the occasions offered.

Then, in Primary, we painted a chair in red: the red chair is in fact the symbol and the name of this project! Entering into the classroom and looking at it helps us remember that so many kids cannot sit in a desk like us. »- Letizia Cova, teacher from Istituto leone XIII, Milano, Italy.

» Gabriela Medina Andrade, Pastoralista y Tutora, UE San Luis Gonzaga, Quito, Ecuador.
