This document presents the the TRUE HEART program, its history, development and how it has been received and recommended by schools and educators worldwide. The program can be led by campus ministers, school chaplains or student leaders and provide simple and practical introductions to Ignatian prayer, the Examen, and other spiritual “exercises” with a modern twist.
