Want to bring the world to your school community?

The Educate Magis Global Stories Embeddable Widget is an easy way to share stories from around the world on your school’s website!

The first step to becoming a global citizen is arguably creating awareness of the wonderful, colourful, multi-cultural, multi-lingual and complex world around us. We need to be able to understand the world from other perspectives and cultures in order to be able to work together to combat global issues of a social, political, economic or environmental nature.

By embedding the widget on your site, you are helping to bring stories from over 70 countries to your school community. This not only helps to broaden our horizons and raise awareness of the world around us, it also helps to strengthen our global network.

You will be able to automatically share stories such as St. Mary’s School, Mumbai spreading awareness about being eco friendly and Sara’s Story which highlights the importance of the right to education, as well as current news and events taking place across the network with your own schools communities!

The Educate Magis Global Stories Embeddable Widget

  • Available in three languages; English, Spanish and French.
  • New unique stories published almost every day which will automatically appear on your website.
  • Easy to add to your site. Simply copy and paste a few lines of code to the page where you would like it to show.
  • Allows you and your school community to share these stories with friends and colleagues via Social Media, e-Mail and WhatsApp.
  • Best of all, it is free to use and we are here to help you get started!

The widget is our first version, and we welcome you to try it out, send us your thoughts/feedback and to suggest new features or improvements. You can see an example of the widget embedded on the Boston College High School website. If you’re having any trouble with it or just want to find out more, please let us know at info@educatemagis.org.

Educate Magis as you know is a global community and all the content, ideas, resources and inspirations come from the community for the community. Many thanks to our friend Tim Sassen of the Jesuit Schools Network in the US for this simple but ingenious idea.

If you have an interesting story you would like to share with the community, we would love to hear from you. Feel free to contact us via email, or use the `Share your News` button `Here` to have your story featured on Educate Magis.
