Learning about Ignatian Spirituality as a global community

This foundational Ignatian Spirituality course is structured around four key Ignatian insights and are inspired by the life story of Ignatius of Loyola. This is an opportunity to explore, learn and share about these key Ignatian Practices (Reflection and the Examen, Spiritual Conversation, Ignatian Discernment and Contemplation in Action) as a global group or cohort, with participants from around our global Jesuit schools’ network. The course will be facilitated by practitioners in the field.

More Details on the Facilitator-led Course

A cohort (group) of participants will go through some of the course content in their own time and will also have synchronous sessions via zoom (one per lesson). These synchronous sessions will be led by facilitators who will summarize the content, facilitate group activities, reflection and discussions amongst participants from different schools and countries. This gives you a chance not only to dive deeper into the material you may already have covered, or are interested in learning, but it also gives you the opportunity to share with, listen to and learn from other Ignatian educators living in different contexts across the globe thus providing global perspectives as well as personal opinions and experiences on the topics covered within the course.

Language of the Course
