Fr. Kolvenbach, Superior General of the Society of Jesus, considered that Jesuit Schools should promote the Human Excellence, which is captured in the four C´s as the pillars and background for Jesuit education. The International Seminar on Ignatian Pedagogy and Spirituality (SIPEI) reflected in those pillars and their implications for our tradition in education.
