A new year has begun! And with it a great opportunity to strengthen the relationships we have nurtured during 2020. It’s amazing to see how far we have come together as a global community, sharing knowledge and support with each other in the toughest of circumstances through global conversations.

As educators from Jesuit schools, we have reflected on important topics such as Building Reconciliation, Cultivating Depth, and Choosing Purpose. We have experienced and shared support from many countries around the world when uncertainty reached our schools Coronavirus – how can we support each other? We have prayed together in the presence of God and lifted our hearts On Earth as it is in Heaven – Global Ignatian Retreat,  and we have seen great support and innovation as a response to adjusting to a new reality Mental/Emotional/Spiritual health of faculty and staff during Coronavirus,  Virtual Exchange Program.

It has been a year full of creativity and innovation and the fruits of these will surely be positive for our schools this new year and for many years to come. There will be many challenges ahead and for this reason, we would like to invite everyone to keep sharing and connecting, to keep igniting knowledge, hope, cultural exchanges, reflections with each other in our global community.
