Have you ever heard of 747 pair of feet stampeding through you neighbourhood? If not, then you probably do not live in Delft or its surroundings.

June 2nd marked the take off for the students of Stanislas Dalton Delft in the Netherlands to raise awareness for the ultimate source of life: Nature!

Stanislas Dalton Delft hereby supports Earth Today; an international community of changemakers who work together to make people conscious about the state of the Earth.

Led by their PE teacher, who took the initiative to promote this cause, the students have coaxed their family members, friends and fellow classmates into sponsoring them for the conservation of the Earth we all live on. A special app monitors the steps taken by each student. The more steps they take, the more money they will raise for the greater good: Earth!

On June 11th the finish line will be in sight and hopefully our students’ trampling feet, relentless energy and youthful wisdom will have taken the cause of Earth Today another STEP further into a positive direction.
